A large 70 m² living area to share good times
The house is organised around a 70 m² lounge and kitchen area, designed as a true gathering place. It is where everyone meets to cook, share meals, chat or enjoy an evening together.
The lounge is equipped with a 165 cm TV and a video projector. The projector also makes it possible to hold small business meetings or intimate seminars in a warm setting, far from the usual office environment.
The kitchen has two fridges and two dishwashers, particularly practical for group stays and large tables.
3 bedrooms and up to 15 beds
La Villa 1848 has three bedrooms and an additional sleeping area in the games room, accommodating up to 15 people.
Two bedrooms each have a 160 × 200 cm double bed and a 90 × 200 cm single bed. The third bedroom has two 140 × 200 cm beds.
Upstairs, the games room offers a flexible layout: three fold-away beds, which are stored in cabinets when the room is used for leisure, let you adapt the space to the group's needs. A mezzanine shaped like a little nest or cabin, reached by a spiral staircase, also has two 90 × 200 cm single beds.
This layout lets you use the house differently depending on your group, between play areas and extra beds.
The villa has three bathrooms, including one on the ground floor with a bedroom. Two bathrooms have a WC and one has a bathtub. A third separate WC completes the facilities.
A private indoor pool heated all year round
Enjoy a private 8.5 × 4 metre swimming pool, heated all year round and covered by an enclosure. You can swim in every season and extend the holiday fun whatever the weather.
